The Delhi 10/11 Blast near the Red Fort has revealed a shocking terror link. Investigators found that the car used in the explosion belonged to Dr. Umar Mohammad, a Pulwama-based doctor connected to the Faridabad terror module. The blast, which killed nine people, is now being treated as a terror attack, according to top security sources.
Delhi 10/11 Blast Tied to Pulwama Doctor
Sources confirmed that Dr. Umar Mohammad owned the car involved in the Delhi 10/11 Blast. He allegedly triggered the explosion after panicking when police arrested two of his close associates, Dr. Mujammil Shakeel and Dr. Adil Rather.
In recent raids, security forces seized nearly 2,900 kg of explosives from two houses in Faridabad. Both properties were rented by Shakeel. Investigators believe Umar detonated the car to destroy evidence or divert attention from the ongoing probe.
Explosion Near Red Fort Sparks Terror Probe
The Delhi 10/11 Blast occurred when a car exploded near the Red Fort, one of the most crowded areas in the city. The impact destroyed several vehicles and left the road littered with debris. Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha said the car stopped at a red light before it blew up. The explosion damaged nearby cars and set them on fire.
Eyewitnesses described scenes of chaos. Flames engulfed multiple vehicles as bystanders rushed to help the injured. The Red Fort area and Chandni Chowk were immediately cordoned off, and security in central Delhi was tightened.

Agencies Link Red Fort Blast to Faridabad Network
Multiple agencies are now investigating the Delhi 10/11 Blast, including the Delhi Police, NIA, NSG, IB, J&K Police, and Haryana Police. They are tracing the car’s history to understand how it reached Dr. Umar. Officials said the vehicle had changed owners three times — from Aamir to Tariq, and finally to Umar.
The police have detained Tariq in Pulwama for questioning. Early interrogation suggests that the car may have been part of a larger Jaish-e-Muhammad module, which authorities have been tracking for the past 26 days.
White Collar Terror Module Uncovered
The “white collar” terror network included radicalised professionals such as doctors and engineers. They operated under handlers based in Pakistan. During raids in Faridabad’s Dhoj and Fatehpur Taga villages, police recovered over 2,900 kg of explosives, 20 timers, and multiple weapons.
Officials believe the same group is behind the Delhi 10/11 Blast. They say members used their professional backgrounds to conceal extremist activities and move bomb-making materials without detection.
Nation on High Alert After Delhi 10/11 Blast
Home Minister Amit Shah stated that “no possibility is being ruled out.” All angles, including terror links and cross-border involvement, are under investigation. Security forces have increased vigilance across Delhi and neighboring states.
The Delhi 10/11 Blast has exposed a deep network of radicalised professionals and their dangerous operations. As the investigation widens, the link between the Red Fort explosion and the Faridabad module is becoming clearer.
